Second Annual Regional Conference «# Turat_tan_altahedad» will be held on Thursday in Amman under the patronage of Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign and Expatriates Affairs Nasser Judeh ,, aim of enhancing inter-Arab countries in the fight against illegal smuggling and sale of cultural artifacts looted from the area of cooperation.
According to a Foreign Ministry statement said the conference is held hosted by the Jordanian government and the »Alliance for effects» and the Institute of the Middle East, and brings together ministers from the 17-nation Arab League, where he will be Minister of Tourism and Antiquities, headed by Lena jujube sessions.
Participants sought at the conference to coordinate efforts in the face of the threat to the cultural heritage of the area as a result of exposure effects of looting, smuggling and destruction at the hands of looters of antiquities and criminals and terrorist groups, also hold «on combating the looting of cultural heritage working group», author of government representatives from each of the participating countries , its inaugural meeting during the conference to finalize the action plan for next year on the specific actions that will be taken in these joint efforts.
